Praesidium ” A Marianna” Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo 2009

This full-bodied, smooth, dry red wine, matured in large oak barrels is made with 100% Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo grapes. The vineyards are located in the western hills of the Peligna Valley, in the heart of the Abruzzo region of Italy.

Dark ruby color, notes of blackberries, fine spices, and amazing minerality. Supported by fresh ripe tannins, reminiscent of fruit, spice, and licorice.
