Still organic red wine, produced by Riecine in Tuscany, 100% Sangiovese, 2021 vintage. 0.75 L bottle, 13.5% ABV. A wine that expresses the essence of the Gaiole in Chianti terroir, with Sangiovese grapes grown at 500 meters above sea level on limestone and clay soils. Maceration lasts approximately 40 days and maturation lasts 36 months, primarily in cement tanks and used 500-liter tonneaux. Aromas of red fruit, with an elegant tannic structure and a fresh, lingering finish.
