Still red from Burgundy, Chambertin Grand Cru Clos de Beze, 13.5% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir, produced by Robert Groffier. A wine that embodies the excellence of Burgundy, the fruit of a long family tradition and meticulous viticulture. No herbicides have been used in the vineyard since 2005. The grapes are transferred to steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, such as blueberries and blackberries, are accompanied by sweet spicy notes. The color is ruby red. On the palate, the wine is balanced and persistent, an unforgettable sensory experience.
