A still, non-alcoholic white wine produced by Santa Barbara, a Marche-based winery founded in 1984. This wine is born from a passion for the region and a desire to offer a unique sensory experience without sacrificing flavor. The process involves dealcoholization, which reduces the alcohol content in the wine to a legal level that distinguishes a non-alcoholic beverage from an alcoholic one.
