Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Poggio Doria, 15% ABV, produced by Tenute Silvio Nardi, a historic Tuscan winery. 100% Sangiovese, 2012 vintage. A Brunello born from the passion of Silvio Nardi, a pioneer in Montalcino, and the care of his daughter Emilia. Aged for 18 months in French oak tonneaux and 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. The nose opens broadly, with mineral notes of graphite, fruity notes of red berries, and spicy notes, with clove and vanilla predominating. Ruby red in color with garnet highlights. The flavors are enhanced by length and balance, with soft and persistent notes leading to a refined finish characterized by dense and velvety tannins.
