We adore Slovakian producer Strekov 1075, and loved visiting them last year to tour their vineyards and join in the local celebrations of other Slovakian winemakers.
This Pinot Noir is one of those wines that when we first tried it, we felt it needed some time to get to grips with itself… and now it really has! Absolutely singing loud and clear!
A black-forest fruit bomb with a delightful “gravelly” earthyness to it that makes you come back sip after sip.
Totally delicious!
