Organic still red wine from Tuscany, 14.5% ABV, produced by Tassi. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, 2019 vintage. A wine that embodies the tradition and excellence of Montalcino, made with Sangiovese grapes grown southeast of Montalcino. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with 15-20 days of maceration. Aged for 36 months in medium-sized 30-40 hl wooden barrels. The clay-loam soil, rich in magnesium, iron, and manganese, gives the wine a unique structure.
