Our heroes at The Classic Cask have bottled some truly exceptional barrels over the years, and this one from Craigellachie is no exception. This is an 11-year-old Speyside Single Malt, with a very mild touch of smoke and a palate that is fresh and fruity. The finish is exceptionally smooth and clean, showing off some of the best flavors of the region. The distillery is located in the heart of the Speyside, amid green pastures, fields of heather, and breathtaking views of the River Spey.
