The Hermit Ram (NZ) – Salty White Amphora

Salty as the name suggests, but more complex too.

The Hermit Ram ‘Salty White Amphora’ is a white wine from New Zealand with touches of lychee swishing around meadow flowers.

This reminds us a bit like the Marto Weiss crossed with a Koppitsch Homok. Really nice New Zealand wine, which are hard to find here in Europe (well the natural ones!)
