The Salmiana Agave grows for 12 years before harvesting begins. The most herbaceous expression of all, offering a sweet and spicy profile with hints of green chili, grapefruit, and fresh agave. The award-winning Lost Explorer Mezcal Salmiana comes in beautiful hand-labeled bottles made from recycled crystal, sealed with a kiss of biodegradable natural beeswax.

The Lost Explorer Mezcal began as a curiosity of time and the earth. That curiosity has led us to create a small-batch mezcal as a toast to empowering sustainable Mexican enterprise, whilst also protecting the ancient artisanal craft, heritage and biodiversity of Mexico. The Lost Explorer Mezcal is handcrafted in the sun-soaked Valles Centrales, Oaxaca under the expertise of Maestro Mezcalero Fortino Ramos and harvested in harmony with the elements.
