Uccelli Aperitivo

We are very pleased to bring you this delicious new naturally-colored blue aromatic drinking bitters, Uccelli Aperitivo, created by Bianca Miraglia (Uncouth Vermouth) and Adam Ford (Atsby Vermouth) who partnered with the singular intention to create a bold, bitter aperitivo unlike any other ever made. With pleasurably enigmatic fragrance and flavors, Uccelli is slightly reminiscent of a traditional Italian drinking bitters. But in a twist that only Bianca and Adam could have dreamed and executed, it is naturally-colored blue – the first ever spirit colored blue without the use of any artificial colors or dyes. Uccelli Aperitivo is delicious on its own, but is also intended to be mixed to make perfect Negronis and Spritzes, or in your own imaginative cocktails.
