Umberto Cesari Liano Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Still white wine from Emilia-Romagna, produced by Umberto Cesari. 2023 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, produced in Castel San Pietro Terme. Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in Allier tonneaux. Aged for 3 months in 5.5 hl medium-toasted French Allier tonneaux with bâtonnage and at least 3 months in bottle. Ample, with fruity and floral notes of apricot, peach, jasmine, rose, and wild mint on the finish. Straw yellow, not particularly deep. Intense, enveloping, elegant, with great charisma, and a long finish.
