A wine that tells the story of a family that combines tradition and innovation in the production of excellent wines. Harvested in the first half of October, after drying on the vine. Cryomaceration followed by fermentation in French oak and acacia barriques for 8 months. Aged in French oak and acacia barriques for 8 months. The nose is intense and warm, with elegant hints of honey, jasmine flowers, and dried apricot. Golden yellow. On the palate, it is full-bodied and long, echoing all the honeyed flavors found on the nose with great balance.
