Still red from the Friuli Isonzo DOC, 14% ABV, 100% Merlot, produced by Vie di Romans in Mariano del Friuli. 0.75 L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Merlot that expresses the passion and dedication of the Gallo family, who have been dedicated to viticulture for over a century. Cold maceration on the skins for 26 days, combined with punching down and delestage. Aged for 19 months in barriques, then 8 months in stainless steel tanks until natural clarification is achieved. Bottled for 14 months. A wine that tells the story of a unique terroir.
