Still white wine from Piedmont, 14.5% ABV, produced by Vigneti Massa. 100% Timorasso. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the passion and dedication of Walter Massa, a pioneer of Timorasso. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 10 months in stainless steel on the fine lees, followed by 6 months in bottle. Fragrances of golden delicious apple, kiwi, lemon candy, “smoke,” and subtle floral and mineral notes emerge. Bright straw-yellow in color. It reveals a sharp, citrusy profile with pleasant savory highlights. A rather casual finish that echoes the aromatic profile.
