A late-harvest sweet passito from Austria, 12.5% ABV, produced by Weinrieder. 100% Grüner Veltliner. 0.375 L bottle, 2020 vintage. An ice wine born from Weinrieder’s expert craftsmanship, with grapes harvested and frozen to concentrate the sugars and preserve the acidity. Fruity, sweet, and complex. The nose reveals ripe garden fruit, accompanied by subtle spicy notes of black pepper. Golden yellow. On the palate, this wine presents a wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity, almost refreshing, with a long finish.
