This Pet-Nat, made with apples from Dragon Orchard, is one of the best Little Pomona ciders yet. Fermentation is spontaneous, with only a couple of racking’s to aid clarification and encourage enough sweetness to balance the tannins and acidity.

• Aromas of warm apple pie, vanilla, honey and a subtle hint of violets
• On the palate, this cider is velvety plush, with moreish flavours of golden apples, caramelised peaches, baking spice and honey, balanced by a lively sparkle and acidity
