Carussin – Completo Rosso (1.5 litre BAGNUM!)

Completo Rosso is an easy going, natural wine crafted by Carussin in the Piedmont region in Northern Italy. This natural red wine is made with Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa, and Grignolino grapes, which here is supplied in a 1.5 litre bag… aka a BAGNUM!

What are the benefits to wine in a bag?

The benefits to this are that you can keep it “open” for weeks, even months without it spoiling if kept in the fridge. We find it useful for cooking without needing to open a whole bottle, as well as for last glasses before bed when you don’t want to open a new wine.
