Cavallotto Langhe Freisa 2022

Still organic red Langhe DOC, 14.5% ABV, produced by Cavallotto, 2022 vintage. A Freisa that expresses the soul of Piedmont, with a bold character and unique elegance. 100% Freisa. Vinified with natural yeasts, semi-submerged cap maceration for 5-6 days. Aged 12-5 months in traditional Slavonian oak barrels. Aged in bottle for 6 months. Bouquet also floral and spicy. Great structure and complexity with intense aromas of red fruits, particularly cherry and strawberry.
