A still organic red from the heart of Tuscany, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Col d’Orcia. 100% Sangiovese, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and tradition of Montalcino, with meticulous vinification that enhances its characteristics. Fermentation on the skins lasts 10-12 days at a controlled temperature below 28 degrees C in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 9 months in Slavonian oak barrels. It presents a broad and complex bouquet, with notes of cherry and black cherry, followed by rich oak and spice. Intense ruby red color with purple highlights. The palate is elegant and smooth, with pleasantly ripe tannins. A fruity, long, and persistent aftertaste invites you to savor every sip.
