Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

Del Maguey Vida Mezcal is from the village of San Luis Del Rio in Oaxacaan. This Mezcal is distilled from Espadin, which is roasted for 4-8 days using  Quebrachi, Mezquite, and Huamuchil wood. The agave is then milled, fermented, and distilled twice in copper stills or wood fired clay. 84 proof.
