The vineyards have southeast and southwest exposures, on calcareous soils with sandy veins. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. The aromatic bouquet is a triumph of ripe gooseberry, papaya, elderberry, and delicate herbaceous notes. A delicate yellow color with greenish highlights. The elegant structure and balanced acidity blend into an absolutely inviting finish.
