Barolo DOCG Vignarionda, 2017 vintage, produced by Ettore Germano, a family of winemakers since 1856. 0.75 L bottle. A Barolo that embodies a passion for Nebbiolo and a love for the Serralunga d’Alba terroir. Its aromas and finesse are virtually unique. Full-bodied, rich, and dense, thanks to the slight percentage of sand in the soil. The grapes are pressed but not destemmed in vertical steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for approximately 30–40 days. Aged in approximately 2,000-liter barrels for 18–24 months.
