100% Primitivo. From high-elevation vineyards that sit upon large granite stones, yielding a refreshing minerality. A vibrant ruby-red in colour. Aromas of black cherry, plum and balsamic. Well balanced on the palate with a fresh minerality. Notes of toasted almond so typical of the Primitivos from Gioia del Colle. Try with Spaghetti puttanesca, lamb tagine or crispy fried squid with harissa paste. ORGANIC.
