Champagne Grand Cru Brut Réserve, a brut classic method, produced by Gatinois in the Champagne region of France. Non-vintage, 12% ABV, blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. An excellence born from the hills of Aÿ, where the Gatinois family has cultivated vines since 1696. Aged “sur lattes” for three years. White flowers, yellow fruits, and candied citrus fruits blend in a fine and persistent perlage. The color is straw yellow with honey-colored highlights. On the palate, it is rich and smooth, with flavors of stewed fruit, brioche, and honey. A sensory experience that celebrates the tradition and excellence of Champagne.
