This wine comes from the Odem vineyard, the highest and coldest in Israel, organically farmed since 1998. Fermented in French oak barrels and aged on the lees for seven months. The nose offers floral, citrus, fruity (pear and tropical fruit), and spicy (vanilla) notes, with a mineral finish. A wine that expresses the elegance and complexity of Chardonnay in a unique terroir.
