An authentic expression of the terroir, with a blend of Arbane, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. Olivier Horiot’s wines are linked to the village of Les Riceys, which over the centuries has been part of Burgundy and Champagne. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust, evoke the complexity of the winemaking process. Straw yellow in the glass. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and mineral, with a fine perlage that caresses the palate.
