Oltrenero Cruase Rosè Brut

A classic method sparkling rosé brut from the Oltrepò Pavese region, 12% ABV, produced by Tenuta Il Bosco. A tribute to Pinot Noir, the region’s leading grape. A fragrant bouquet opens with pleasant citrus notes such as mandarin and characteristic hints of small red fruits, from raspberry to currant to wild strawberry. The color is a vibrant pink with brilliant highlights, inviting tasting. On the palate, it is bold, fresh, and has excellent flavor, with a finish that echoes the bouquet.
