Brut Champagne, produced by Pierre Mignon, 2013 vintage. 100% Chardonnay. A Grand Cru celebrating the excellence of Champagne, with a history dating back to 1892. Aged for 9 years on the lees. The bouquet is intense with fruity notes and elegant hints of toasted bread and brioche with hints of forest and mushrooms. Fine and delicate perlage. On the palate, there’s a pleasant tension created by its freshness and delightful vivacity, with fruity aromas enhancing its full body and notes of brioche lending it a certain nobility. The finish is long and beautifully balanced.
