The Villscheider farm is located on a hill above the city of Bressanone, 700 meters above sea level. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in stainless steel for 5 months. Hints of apricot, peach, and elderberry blend into an aromatic and inviting bouquet. The color ranges from light yellow to greenish. Mineral and aromatic, with a residual sugar that enhances its pleasantness.
