Still white wine from the Castile and León region of Spain, 12.5% ABV, produced by Dominio del Pidio. 100% Albillo Criollo, a native grape variety that produces a fresh and fruity wine. Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks and aging on the lees in 228-500 liter French oak barrels for 6-8 months. Fresh aromas with plenty of fruit, a powerful, fresh wine with a decisive touch that invites a second taste.
