Still red Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, 14% ABV, produced by Podere Le Ripi. 100% Sangiovese, 2019 vintage. A Brunello born from a dream, a tribute to the beauty and sustainability of the Tuscan region. Fermentation and maceration for 20 days in stainless steel vats. Aged for 36 months in oak barrels and a minimum of 12 months in bottle. The nose displays the typical expression of large oak barrels, vibrant red fruit and notes of undergrowth. Delicate garnet red color. Fine tannins on the palate support a well-balanced acidity.
